Wednesday, September 10, 2008. I love seafood so crab cakes is one of my favorite dishes. I love the way they make it at the Great American Chain Restaurants and thought it was a difficult dish to make. 4 garlic cloves, finely minced. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, plus more if needed.
